Design.

We invite you to our workshop/factory/production facility to see some of our current work we have in progress from this we then talk through ideas they may have.

 

The first stage is to choose the type of build swb-lwb from the website standard layout designs, from this we can taylor the build to suit your needs, upholstery design and colour of leathers are discussed as with wood types and other fixtures and fittings, any bespoke made items are discussed and are put into the perfect place within the build.

Styling.

Everything the customer wants is put into reality, modifications to the build design/layout are adjusted and made to fit. We have our own emphasis on how a horsebox should feel and look so we offer our knowledge and expertise to help guide the build into the right direction.

Working with the experts we have on board we can offer valuable advice on how to create the perfect build with your ideas.

Finish.

Over 900 man hours later we have a finished product, Handmade cabinetry all done in house, bespoke upholstery carried out by one of the finest rolls Royce qualified trimmers in the uk. Paint work carried out by a team of highly skilled painters in a state of the art commercial spray booth.

The Short Wheelbase (SWB) layout is based on a 18ft build, the Long Wheelbase (LWB) horsebox based on a 22ft build

Interior.

Cabinet & Interior Paneling Wood Colours:

light walnut, light walnut high gloss, dark walnut, dark walnut high gloss, different  gloss unit doors can be mixed in with the walnut units e.g dark walnut with high gloss cream doors

Exterior.

Construction is a aluminium floor with a honeycomb grp/aluminium side panels, with 3 steel bulkhead frames

Light weight spring assisted ramp with aluminium deck boarding and a anti slip rubber matting.

Privacy bonded glass windows

any colour and designs can be achieved on the paintwork

storage/tack lockers in the horse area are optional
